‘Make A Splash’ Water Festival

The 16th Annual “Make a Splash” Water Festival was held Thursday and Friday, September 10 and 11, 2015, at the West River Ice Center (formerly the Dickinson Recreation Center). Educational student sessions for fifth graders were from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday morning, 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon and 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday morning. Read more
