The 16th Annual “Make a Splash” Water Festival was held Thursday and Friday, September 10 and 11, 2015, at the West River Ice Center (formerly the Dickinson Recreation Center). Dickinson, ND – April 25, 2014 – Please be advised that contractors will be rerouting a Southwest Pipeline Project main transmission pipeline on Monday, April 28, 2014, west of Dickinson.  Work will begin at 6:00 a.m. MDT and is anticipated to take most of the day.
